The South Williamsburg House is the most recent addition to the Outpost Club family. It features four floors of exclusively designed spaces and is within walking distance of multiple subway lines and plenty of dining and entertainment. We also have a spacious backyard and a rooftop with a view of Manhattan. The house is a newly renovated space inside and out, with split-unit heating and air conditioning, updated appliances and hardwood floors. This house is equipped with six kitchens, multiple common rooms and a co-working space. All of the common areas are massive in comparison to your average New York City apartment, as is the backyard. There’s also a rooftop, giving you access to even more outdoor space.

Outpost Club is more than just a place to live and work. We’ve created a coliving community that offers both general and professional networking, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with people from all over the world with a variety of backgrounds and expertises. In addition to designing our spaces to make living together a breeze, we offer multiple events a month to help you get to know the entire Outpost Club community, whether at a movie night or while kayaking on the East River.

The basement space is also equipped with everything you need … to work! This room comfortably holds up to 5-7 people working simultaneously. There's a lot of desk space to make sure your work time is productive. Additionally, there are many common spaces throughout the house that our members use to work.

The living room is located in the basement of the South Williamsburg House. The living room has comfortable couches and a 55-inch TV (with Netflix!); this is where we host movie nights, game nights and hangouts. The space is equipped with everything you need to relax. There are six kitchens throughout the house. On each floor, the kitchen and dining room are the first rooms you enter. These spaces are used for potluck dinners, solo meals and chats in the evening over a glass of wine. The South Williamsburg House also has a great backyard! It has tables, chairs and hammocks so you can hang outside in the spring, summer and autumn, and even has a fire pit. This spacious area holds many parties, get-togethers, barbecues and celebrations.

The apartment is modern, my room has tons of light, and the commute to Manhattan is just ridiculously fast — 10 minutes! Plus, the area is packed with cool cafes where I can work remotely and grab great coffee. Bonus: I’ve made friends with one of my roommates, and we’ve started a morning workout routine in McCarren Park. Life is good here!

For a first-time NYC mover like me, Outpost Club was a solid choice. The apartment was clean, modern, and had all the essentials. The move-in process was smooth, and I’d recommend it to anyone new to the city. They also offer the flexibility to move to a different apartment if needed, which I took advantage of when I changed jobs.

I recently moved to the city for a new job and found Outpost Club’s place in Williamsburg. The check-in process was a breeze, and they were very flexible when I needed assistance. The apartment is fantastic, and the community vibe is a big plus. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall, I enjoy living here. The pricing is quite reasonable compared to other options. The furniture in every room is new and clean, and the cleanliness here surpasses other co-living spaces I've visited. However, the internet can be slow at times.
