We have 17 rooms ranging in size on two large floors. All have 12 foot ceilings with lofts. There is a very large amount of shared space, 7 bathrooms so you never have to wait, 2 organized kitchens, 2 large living rooms, a giant rooftop and other common areas. We never feel cramped and have large amounts of privacy. We’ve found efficient ways to reduce all the possible friction of living together. A maid comes every week to clean the bathrooms, showers and kitchens. Every day is an opportunity for beautiful interactions, knowledge exchange, laughter and life acceleration.

The LS1 Living initiative is a collaborative living project. A new way of living founded on community, self expression and recognizing the best in each other. Our concept is predicated on an explicit set of community values designed to strengthen personal inner resilience and relationships with the larger community around us. These principles are programmed into each event in order to facilitate physical, intellectual, emotional and social growth, with the intention of fostering powerful and connective experiences.
