The East Bushwick House features four floors of exclusively designed spaces and 14 rooms. We even have a spacious backyard! The house is a newly renovated space with central air, updated appliances and hardwood floors. This house is equipped with three kitchens and a basement living room and coworking space. All of the common areas are massive in comparison to your average New York City apartment.

Outpost Club is more than just a place to live and work. We’ve created a coliving community that offers both general and professional networking, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with people from all over the world with a variety of backgrounds and expertises. In addition to designing our spaces to make living together a breeze, we offer multiple events a month to help you get to know the entire Outpost Club community, whether at a movie night or while kayaking on the East River.

There are three kitchens throughout the East Bushwick House. The kitchens form the core of the house, and for good reason. On each floor (all members have access to every floor) the kitchen and dining room are the first rooms you enter. These spaces each have dining-room tables and the second-floor dining room is even large enough to sit 10-12 people. The kitchens are used for potluck dinners, solo meals and chats in the evening over a glass of wine. The living room has two separate nooks for people to hang out in. The larger part of the living room has a large couch and a 55-inch TV (with Netflix); this is where we host movie nights, game nights and chill hangouts. The smaller living room has a padded mat to lie on, bean-bag chairs and another 55-inch TV. This space is equipped with everything you need to relax. The co-working space in this house will make sure you have everything you need to work productively! The area comfortably holds up to five people working simultaneously. There's a lot of desk space to make sure your work time is productive. Additionally, there are many common spaces throughout the house that our members use to work. We even have a backyard! It has tables and chairs so you can hang outside in the spring, summer and autumn. The space holds many parties, get-togethers, barbecues and celebrations.

Neighbourhood

Bushwick, New York City, United States

Rich in its own history, Bushwick is home to many brownstones, mansions, and projects alike. Shopping can be done on Knickerbocker Avenue, whether for clothes, appliances, or food. The newly restored Maria Hernandez Park on Knickerbocker Ave and Suydam St is a nice spot to bring the kids and relax in the shade of the trees.

This coliving space is in up-and-coming east side of the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. The East Bushwick House is a five-minute walk to the Wilson Ave. stop on the L train and a 15-minute walk to the Halsey Street stop on the J, M and Z trains. The location is near coffee shops (Father Knows Best is Outpost Club's favorite), pizza/taco joints and bars. Check out our neighborhood guide to get a feel of the area!

I stayed at the Bushwick House for a couple of months with my boyfriend, and it worked out perfectly! We shared an Executive suite that was spacious and comfortable. The lack of a desk was a bit of a bummer since I like to work from home sometimes, but the local cafes made up for it. Overall, a solid option for anyone looking for a temporary stay in NYC!

My apartment with Outpost was spacious and in a fantastic neighborhood. The move-in and move-out process was seamless, which made my stay stress-free. I’d definitely consider staying with them again, possibly in a different neighborhood closer to work. Their long-term rental rates are quite reasonable, making it a solid option for extended stays.

Been living at Bushwick House for two mounts now, and I have no complaints. The management team is fantastic, and the amenities are top-notch. The community is friendly and safe. Five stars all the way!
