Born in June 2015, The Sea Office is the first place to offer the Sleep, Work & Fun concepts in one place. A place where you can work (coworking space), rest (in a 60’s architectural villa) and have fun (enjoying the resources that Costa da Caparica offers) – all in one place! Costa da Caparica is a fisherman’s village, 20 minutes away from Lisbon’s International airport. The Sea Office is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach which could make your stay an unforgettable one.

The Sea Office resides in a villa built in the 60s, made up of two different main areas: the rooms are located at the 1st floor Choice of a single room or suite) and a ground floor where an openspace area was turned into a coworking space area which features fast internet. In the house there is also a lounge, kitchen, meeting room and balcony. Moments of relaxation and conviviality can be also enjoyed in the garden that is always available.

Costa de Caparica is located near the Tagus river's mouth, near Almada, just 10km south of Lisbon. It is well known for its extensive beach - the largest contiguous beach in Portugal, spanning approximately 30 kilometres.
