Located in the heart of Williamsburg, the Montrose Williamsburg House is just a 19-minute commute into Manhattan, and has plenty of cafes, shops and bars within walking distance. Our smallest house in terms of members, it features six bedrooms and four full bathrooms spread across a single level, with a full kitchen, living room and co-working area for members to enjoy. The house is a newly renovated space inside and out, with split-unit heating and air conditioning, updated appliances and hardwood floors. This house is a one-level, single-unit home, equipped with a full kitchen, living room, co-working area and free laundry facilities. There are four full bathrooms for the six bedrooms, so there’s no need to worry about fighting for showers. The space is arranged around the bright and friendly common area, which is massive in comparison to your average New York City apartment.

Outpost Club is more than just a place to live and work. We’ve created a coliving community that offers both general and professional networking, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with people from all over the world with a variety of backgrounds and expertises. In addition to designing our spaces to make living together a breeze, we offer multiple events a month to help you get to know the entire Outpost Club community, whether at a movie night or while kayaking on the East River.

The Montrose Williamsburg House is equipped with everything you need to work (night or day!), with a co-working space that comfortably holds up to 4-6 people working simultaneously. There's a lot of desk space to make sure your work time is productive. Additionally, you are welcome to use any of the common spaces throughout the house to work. The living room is located in the center of the Montrose Williamsburg House. The living room has comfortable couches and a 55-inch TV (with Netflix!); this is where we host movie nights, game nights and chill hangouts. The space is equipped with everything you need to relax. There is one kitchen in the house, located in the middle of the unit. Because of the design of the Montrose Williamsburg House, this central kitchen fosters a sense of community among all of our members. This open, airy space is used for potluck dinners, solo meals and chats in the evening over a glass of wine.

Moving to NYC from San Diego, I had no clue where to begin. The apartment’s location near the Bedford Ave station is a game changer—I can get to Manhattan in minutes. My favorite thing has been exploring McCarren Park and all the cool local spots nearby. I also got lucky with some awesome roommates who helped me get to know the neighborhood.

Outpost has been a lifesaver for me! I was in a tight spot and needed a place fast, and their service was super quick and responsive, even after regular office hours. The team is friendly and really goes out of their way to help you find a solution. They might take a little longer sometimes, but the quality of service is worth it. I’d highly recommend them if you're looking for a good spot on short notice, especially if you're new to the city. It’s also a great way to meet people and settle into a cool neighborhood!

Renting an apartment through Outpost has been a great choice for me. It’s much more affordable than getting a studio, and the amenities are a huge plus. I love the co-living concept—we often have dinner gatherings on the terrace, and there’s always someone to chat with over tea in the evenings.
