With a thriving surf and coworking community, in this area, you'll be right at home amongst the numerous sandy beaches, cafes, and restaurants. We house a four-bedroom property with two annexe apartments joined, by a sunny spacious courtyard, perfect for coliving & coworking. The 4 bed and 1-bed properties have a mezzanine floor and a very sociable layout. The courtyard area has orange and almond trees and fresh mint for everyone to use for their tea, mojito or couscous! We also have a small and very friendly dog called Sami and an adorable and funny black cat called Neo. They are the best of friends and looking forward to meeting many more digital nomads. The main coworking space has a nice long table with space for about 6-10 people to work, a hammock for chilling and a few extra more secluded spots dotted around the house. There is both conventional and ergonomic seating available. The property is within 10 to 15-minute walk to the nearest beach and a 20-25 min walk to the main Baleal beaches of Peniche. This caters to all swell directions, tides and wind. Coliving here in Peniche, Portugal, is ideal if you're an experienced surfer or just starting out.
