Commonspace offers right sized and right priced urban apartments and working space, for a more social and more productive experience. Commonspace are currently expanding but see below for existing location.

The Current Commonspace is 21 individual apartments split between 2 floors, with tenants having access to shared spaces on both floors. Our current floor plans include a balance of private living space, common areas, and shared services. With all living spaces located along the perimeter, each tenant is guaranteed a window and abundant natural lighting. Common spaces are appointed with many comfortable seating areas to accommodate spontaneous discussions and casual gatherings. The goal is to create a neighborhood.
Each unit has a slightly unique layout and size. All units include the same basic amenities, with larger units offering larger bathrooms, murphy beds, and closet spaces.

Syracuse is a city in New York State. It’s home to the Erie Canal Museum, tracing the waterway’s history in the 1850 Weighlock Building. In the old state armory, the Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science & Technology (MOST) offers interactive exhibits and a planetarium. Designed by I.M. Pei, the Everson Museum of Art focuses on American artwork. The opulent 1920s Landmark Theatre hosts Broadway hits and concerts.
