Architects Olivier Bacin from LABO and Laura Sundin from Colonies worked together on the full redesign and renovation of our Lazare home. The result: 7 studios and their shared spaces that combine functionality, comfort and design. No doubt you’ll feel at home right away. Cooking a barbecue on the terrace, chilling in the living room, working on the sun-drenched dining table, binging on your favorite show in the home cinema, or simply reading a book in the quiet of your room: these are just samples of what life is like here.

The bohemian 20th arrondissement is a laid-back area in Paris' former industrial heartland. Trendy Belleville pulses with budget Chinese eateries, and a new wave of contemporary art galleries and street art. Young, arty crowds hang out in the grungy bars and music venues of hilly Menilmontant. The leafy Père Lachaise Cemetery, where celebrities like Oscar Wilde and Jim Morrison are buried, is a popular tourist site.
